Technical Work Groups

Five Technical Work Groups (TWGs) supplement the efforts of the Goverernor's Commission on Global Warming. These groups have an advisory role to the stakeholders and are tasked with providing technical analysis and designing policy options for consideration. Technical Work Groups focus on specific issues and sectors of the economy and consist of Commission members (or their technical designees) plus other technical experts as needed. The GCGW Advisory Body, made up of members of states agencies, is also partipating in and supporting the Technical Work Grops
